Pursuant to the Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company – Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023, our Company is categorised as an NBFC-BL (Base Layer).
Incorporated in 1992, with a legacy spanning more than three decades, we have grown alongside India’s financial landscape, helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses access capital, navigate growth, and make informed financial decisions.

Ms. Nidhi Chokshi is a lawyer and solicitor with extensive experience in private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and joint ventures. She possesses strong expertise in drafting transaction documents, conducting comprehensive legal due diligences, and advising on regulatory and compliance matters.
